The Jimm Corso Family Foundation is excited to share that the Sandusky Christmas Market will be making a return in 2025! Similar to last year’s Market, the Schade-Mylander Plaza in Downtown Sandusky will be filled with over 25 local vendors.

Everyone is welcome to attend this enchanting holiday event that will feature an array of local artisans, festive food vendors, live entertainment, and fun for all. Market-goers can expect to find handcrafted gifts, holiday decor, and gourmet treats, perfect for everyone on your shopping list!

There will also be a wide range of festive performances from local DJs to bands and choirs from area schools. This event is inspired by a European/German theme, similar to the old riverfront markets. The Sandusky Christmas Market will kick-off with a grand Christmas tree lighting and conclude with a dazzling fireworks show.

Our Second Annual Market wouldn’t be possible without the support of the City of Sandusky, Shores & Islands, Ohio, Greater Sandusky Partnership, and Cedar Point, and of course our incredible community that contributed to the great success of our first annual Market in 2024.

Celebrating the Legacy of Jimm Corso

Jimm Corso, who sadly passed away in 2020, was a man deeply devoted to his community. His son, Chris, shared that his father’s influence and being raised in Sandusky were key factors in shaping him into the successful businessman he is today. Jimm instilled in Chris the values of hard work, commitment, and the importance of not only being a part of the community, but also giving back to it.
